The meeting
was called to order by Ray Valley at 8:17 P.M.
Ray offered
a tribute to the veterans.
Joel
Sheltrown, Class of 1965, sang God Bless The USA followed by the entire gathering singing God Bless America.
A thank
you was given to Lauretta Brindley Grezeszak, Class of 1954, for the catering of the banquet. A thank you was given to LaVonne
Harris for playing the piano.

Ray Valley introduced attending members of the class of 1941, celebrating their 70th anniversary year: Dora Olsway,
Leon Rau, Barbara Couture Witzke.
The roll
call of classes was conducted by Mary Anne Whitchurch Tuck, Sec’y.
The minutes
of the 2010 meeting were read from the program, and accepted.
The financial
report from 2010 was read from the program by Nancy Blancher Finerty and accepted.

was made and approved that the President be authorized to appoint three members at large, for a two year term, to serve as

was made by Mary Ellen Sappington Good: That the

County Historical Society and the WBHS Endowment Fund be able to sell
And distribute
information inside the K of C building on the evening of the banquet.
Motion
passed.
Cliff
VanSickle, class of 1949, offered an observation about people selling and/or distributing material outside the building.
Mike
Ehinger, class of 1964, made a presentation concerning the WBHS Endowment Fund which is a branch of THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
FOR NORTHEAST MICHIGAN COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, which includes Crawford, Ogemaw, and Oscoda counties.

The Northeast
Michigan Community Foundation WBHS Endowment Fund has a balance of $58,087.94 at the present time.
Four
$500 scholarships have been awarded since the inception of the fund.
