Business Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order by President Ray
Valley
Members attending from the oldest classes were recognized.
Teachers in attendance were recognized.
The recipients of the 2005 alumni scholarships were
announced by Vice President Richard Hamilton.
Honored classes were 1935, 1940, 1945, 1950, 1955,
1960, and 1965.
Revised By-Laws were presented for the approval
of the alumni.
A motion was made by Virgil Curtis (1955) and seconded
by Sally Stephens Reed (1959) to accept the Revised By-Laws as printed in the program.
The motion was unanimously approved.
Treasurer's report by Josephine Bailey Neubecker
was received (unanimously approved) as printed in the program.
Minutes of May 29, 2004 were read by Secretary Mary
Anne Whitchurch Tuck and were received (unanimously approved) as printed in the program.
A drawing was held to give away $500, $300, $100,
$100.
A drawing ws held to give away floral table decorations.
Meeting was adjourned by
President Ray Valley.
